Within terms and policies, the usage of "Lonick", "Lonick Network", "Lonick Internet Solutions", “us”, “we”, “our”, and “ours” will constitute reference to www.lonick.com, content properties operated by www.lonick.com, services provided by www.lonick.com, and staff providing services and content. The usage of “you”, “your”, “they”, and “them” will refer to customers, clients, users, and viewers.
The provided statements regard all of the Lonick Network websites, web pages, any associated content officially representing the Lonick Network, Lonick Internet Solutions services, as well as any other services provided by the Lonick Network.
Read all statements carefully before proceeding to access, use, or purchase any of the Lonick Network services. The terms and conditions throughout this document constitute the full and complete agreement between you and us. Your agreement to these terms is acknowledged by your use of our websites, services, support services, or the usage of any software or control panels made available to you by us. The following terms overrule and replace any other negotiation or agreement between you and us.
Your use of Lonick Network sites or services indicates your agreement to abide by the terms in effect. By using our services, a customer, client, user, or viewer accepts and agrees to all of the following stated Lonick policies and terms including, but not limited to, Terms of Service and acceptable Use Policy.

Hosting and Hosted Products Terms of Service
Prohibited Content: Any services provided by Lonick.com may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal law, sate or city law is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: - Copyrighted material. - Material we judge to be threatening or obscene. - Material protected by trade secret and other statute. Prohibited sites include sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Lonick.com, and/or any other website or company. Links to such material is also prohibited. Examples of unacceptable content or links: - Pirated software - Hacker programs or archives - Warez sites If your account is found to solicit illegal activity and/or contain illegal music files, pirated software, hacker programs, warez programs, or any other illegal files, your account will be terminated immediately without notice and a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. In addition, Lonick.com reserved the right to notify the proper authorities of your actions. Usage: If a customer’s or client’s account goes over the predetermined space and traffic allowance, $1.00 will be added to the monthly bill for every additional Gigabyte of bandwidth (traffic) or 25 Megabyte of additional disk space. Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of ours is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or removal of services. Disclaimer: All customers and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lonick.com and its staff from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the customer, client, and/or any other party. We cannot be held liable for system down time, crashed or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predication estimate of profits which a client would have gained if site was functioning. We cannot be held liable for certain equipment such as software or programming used by us which are not directly owned or written by us. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution as we see fit. A data copy of hosted website content and design will be delivered via email free of charge only upon an instance of specified expressed written request and up to an instance of once per month. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion. If a customer’s or client’s account is in violation of terms, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to $50.00. In some cases of termination, we will provide a copy of the files free of charge. In this case, we make no guarantee that the copy will be complete. Lonick.com management will be solely responsible for deciding when a copy should be provided for free, and Lonick.com makes no guarantee that an up-to-date copy of client’s files will be provided. Full or partial refunds will NOT be provided in circumstances of policy or terms violations. |
Policies of Correspondence
Any correspondence with Lonick Network Sites or with Lonick, including any documentation, images, designs, tools, and other such services, are considered the property of Lonick.com. Lonick.com reserves the right to reproduce such correspondence, in whole or in part, on any of the Lonick Network Sites or its affiliates. Comments and Posting Terms of Use - Do not post threatening, harassing, defamatory, or libelous material. - Do not intentionally make false or misleading statements. - Do not offer to sell or buy any products or services. - Do not post material that infringes copyright. - Do not post information that you know to be confidential or sensitive or otherwise in breach of the law. - Keep all comments relevant to the particular Lonick Network Site. - Lonick.com will not accept responsibility for information posted as comments or posts. Note that once you submit content or resources to one of our sites, it becomes part of the public conversation. Our policy is that we will not remove a user's comments unless we deem them to be in violation of our terms. If you say something that you will later regret, it is advisable that you use a username that does not identify you. We cannot and will not remove your comments or submitted content simply because you have a change of heart about making them and/or submitting them. Still, Lonick reserves the right to to remove submitted content entirely at its discretion, including but not limited to alleged violations of terms or legal rights. Notice of Copyright: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce Lonick Network designs or Lonick Network content elsewhere without expressed written permission from us or the respective content publishers, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. In the unlikely event that the client has a dispute with us, the client hereby agrees that the dispute shall be settled by arbitration through the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta. We reserve the rights to designs and may use original designs or duplicates for demonstration, publication or other purposes. We also reserve the right to use created designs or content and copyrights remain the property of ours and respective content or design creators. |
General Terms of Use
- Lonick Network reserves the right to object to your presentation of redistrubuted content at any time time. - Lonick Network provides content "as is" and Lonick shall not be held liable for your use of information, tools, or any provided resources. To the fullest extent allowed, Lonick and its network websites disclaim all warranties including warrenties for merchantability, non-infringement and/or fitness for a particular prupose. By accessing Lonick content, tools, services, and resources you indicate that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. Services Disclaimer If we cannot perform a service greement in whole or in part due to casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to our illness or injury, then Lonick will return fees to the Client(s) for undelivered services equal to the service product fee divided by the number of contracted months, and then multiplied by the number of remaining contracted months. We shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that materials are damaged in processing, hardware malfunction, or in the event data was otherwise lost or damaged without fault on our part. In all instances, the Client(s) agree to limit liability to the amount paid under this contract. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lonick.com and its staff from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the customer, client, and/or any other party. |
Policy Amendment:
We reserve the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimers without notification. We also retain the right to increase any future pricing and make changes to our account plans without prior notification.
